Use Method and Precautions of Feeder

SMT mounter is an important equipment for SMT production. Feeder is an important part of sending the components to a fixed position, and then moving the components to the position specified by the placement machine nozzle. This shows the importance of Feeder in the work of the chip machine, then how should we properly operate in order to effectively ensure its long-term stability and reliability? First, the installation of belt feeder:
1. Open the press cover and winding guide on Feeder material belt.
2. Place the material reel with Feeder reel rack.
3. After the material winding belt and transmission winding belt pass through the material guide rail slot and the host frame, open the cover winding belt from the head end of the material belt to the slot where the material is absorbed and the transmission winding belt is placed on the guide rail.
4. After the sprocket clamps the moving groove of the transmission coil, pull down the guide rail of the material belt. Adjust and verify the normal inclusion of the conveyor coil in the sprocket with the conveyor rail flat against the conveyor coil.
5. Hang the fixed and separated upper cover coil between the gear and the formed gear.
6. Use the spiral arm to push the coil to the pick point position.

4. Be sure to maintain the cleaning work of Feeder to prevent faults; Reduce production delay due to Feeder failure.
5. When disassembling Feeder, it should be handled lightly to reduce the damage of components.
