XYC-GPL-226 General-purpose PFPE Grease

1. Description

Under harsh working conditions such as high temperatures, corrosive media, and long-life maintenance-free operation, traditional mineral greases or ordinary synthetic greases often encounter problems such as oxidation failure, volatilization loss, carbon deposit deterioration, and insufficient lubrication life. As one of the representative products of high-end perfluoropolpolyether (PFPE) lubricating materials, XYC-GPL-226, with its outstanding high-temperature resistance, chemical inertness, corrosion resistance and extremely long service life, has become a high-performance grease product that attracts much attention in the fields of automobiles, motors, pumps and valves, bearings and semiconductors.

The XYC GPL 226 can operate for a long time in a wide temperature range from -36°C to 260°C and can withstand a short-term peak temperature of approximately 270°C. Compared with ordinary lithium-based grease and complex lithium-based grease, it is less prone to coking, carbonization or rapid volatilization at high temperatures, and is more suitable for long-term high-temperature bearing lubrication

XYC grease officially states that this series will not damage plastics or elastomers, nor will it corrode metals. Therefore, it is widely used in sealing rings, O-rings, engineering plastic components and precision bearings.

GPL 226 is an anti-corrosion product, especially suitable for damp, condensate water, corrosive gas or situations where rust protection of metal surfaces is required.
