Attention
1、First to check the adequacy of battery power, if less than 20%, you have to charge
first, then if the instrument surface temperature is higher than 45℃, please don't try tocharge, charging at room temperature.
2、The typical reasons of malfunction when setting up correspondence:
A. the communication line was not fully inserted-- confirm to use the correct jack;
B. damaged communication lines or joints--check if there is open circuit or otherwise damaged, change if necessary.
C. uncharged battery--charge and make sure the charging LED is on.
3、Insulation box could keep 9 minutes under the 280 ℃, so not exceed this range, to
ensure that the internal temperature of the instrument does not exceed 85 ℃.
4、Please do not use long time observation data indicating lamps have every 5 seconds ifthere flshing, please press and hold the"start"button for 5 seconds until the end,
suddenly a flash of light, and then observed until no light flashes so far.
5、When you pass the oven, make sure to cover up the insulation box and when you hear
the"knock", it means that is OK.
6、Only one Reflow Checker recorder can be connected to the computer at one time. You
can not connect multiple recorders to the USB port on your computer at the same time,
based on this, use one of them.
7、After the end of a stove furnace again, use after the insulation box is cooled.
