Details of JGH-P01 Towed Automatic Polishing Machine

The towed polishing machine is primarily composed of a rotating disk, frame, grinding tank elevator, movable octagonal grinding tank, and electrical control box (see the external diagram).

Rotating Disk: Consists of a set of primary fixed and rotating disks and four secondary fixed and rotating disks. Each secondary rotating disk is equipped with six sets of high-speed rotating work chucks. When the primary rotating disk is driven by a K-type geared motor, the four sets of secondary rotating disks fixed on the primary rotating disk rotate around the primary fixed gear under the drive of the gear set. Meanwhile, the six sets of work chucks fixed on the secondary rotating disks rotate at high speed around the secondary fixed gear ring, achieving efficient and high-quality grinding and polishing of the workpieces. The rotating disk is made of high-quality steel through precision machining and assembled with the K-type geared motor as a single unit, fixed on the upper part of the frame.

Frame: Constructed by welding square steel tubes. The upper part is equipped with the rotating disk, while the lower part houses the grinding tank automatic elevator. The front features two freely openable doors.

Grinding Tank Elevator: Composed of a dedicated worm gear elevator and three sets of guide rods. The movable grinding tank can be automatically controlled to rise and fall via operation buttons.

Movable Grinding Tank: Made by welding steel plates and section steel. The upper part is an octagonal container tank for abrasive materials, with a discharge door installed at the bottom for removing abrasives. The lower part is equipped with four sets of rotating wheels, allowing for quick and convenient replacement of different abrasive tanks.

Electrical Control Box: Constructed from an independent enclosed steel tube box, fixed on the left side of the frame. The entire grinding process can be controlled via the operation panel's indicator buttons.

It is an integrated machine for both rough and fine grinding, eliminating the need to manually move out the rough grinding tank and replace it with a fine grinding tank, as required by single-tank towed polishing machines.

The machine uses PLC programming to automatically control grinding time and processes. After rough grinding is completed, it automatically switches to the fine grinding tank for precision polishing.
