High-Performance Lubricating Fluorinated Grease in High-Speed, High-Temperature, High-Load and Corrosion-Resistant Environments

Fluorinated Grease is a high-performance lubricating grease made from perfluoropolyether (PFPE) oil as the base oil and thickeners such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). Its main features include:

1. Super strong chemical resistance

It can withstand strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents and oxidants (such as concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, etc.), and is suitable for highly corrosive environments such as chemical equipment and semiconductor manufacturing.

It does not react with most rubbers and plastics and has excellent compatibility.

4. Low friction and high wear resistance

The addition of PTFE makes its coefficient of friction extremely low, making it suitable for high-precision scenarios such as precision instruments and optical equipment.

It has excellent extreme pressure (EP) performance and can withstand heavy-load working conditions.

5. Insulation and sealing properties

High resistivity, suitable for insulation and lubrication of electronic components and connectors.

It can be used as sealing grease to prevent the leakage of gas or liquid.
