1.Internal reasons:

On the one hand, the vacuum negative pressure is insufficient, nozzle takes the piece before automatically converts the mechanical valve on the placement head, converts from blowing to true it adsorbs, produces certain negative pressure. On the other hand, the filter on the placement head and nozzle are black, because the surrounding environment or the air source is impure to be polluted and blocked. Therefore, the filter should be replaced regularly. Generally, the filter on the nozzle should be replaced at least once in half a month, the filter on the placement head should be replaced at least once in half a year, in order to guarantee the smooth airflow.

2. External reasons:

On the one hand, it’s the pressure release from the air source circuit, such as aging and rupture of the rubber air tube, aging and wear of the seal, and wear of the nozzle after long time use, and so on.

On the other hand, due to the dust in the adhesive or external environment, esspecially large waste chips produced by the paper braid packing components after cutting off, which causes the nozzle to be blocked. Hence, the nozzle should be cleaned or replaced in time to guarantee the good condition because of the daily inspection of the cleanliness of the nozzle. At the same time, when installing the SMT nozzle, it must be installed correctly and firmly, otherwise it will cause damage to the nozzle or equipment.
